Social Empowerment and Leadership WisdomNet (SEAL) is a PSR (Personal Social Responsibility) initiative of Pradeep Malhotra under the aegis of PRADEEPAM Foundation. SEAL is a progressive, innovative and responsive social enterprise founded with the mission of connecting with the community for the community with a motto of ‘Give it Back- Pay it Forward’. We are creating a network of interconnected circles consisting of experts and thought leaders from diverse fields to come together and share their knowledge, wisdom, skills passion, talent, interests, and experience to inspire people with innovative ideas; turn ideas and knowhow into reality, and show how to replicate their success.

The organization is committed to fostering skills…… Building values……Growing Total Quality Talent by developing ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset and Leadership Skills, facilitating lively hood projects for the youth and women in the country.

The ultimate goal is the transformation of human dynamics to meet the challenges of the 21st century in a personal, social and organizational environment with ‘Collective Wisdom’ through an integrated and holistic approach. It is about people recognizing their hidden potential and transforming their ways of ‘Being’.
We are committed to the cause of Eradication of Poverty & hunger, empowerment of youth and women, Veterans and families of Armed forces personnel, war widows, and students from humble backgrounds.
In our endeavor to reach out and benefit the masses, we have collaborated with the Social Organisation for Conquering Hunger (SOCH) and Project Yug Parivartan (PYP).

Pradeep Malhotra is one of the trustees in SOCH and Central Core Team member of PYP and Core Team member of SpARC Service Wing of Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation (RERF), Brahma Kumaris. He is also on the advisory board of the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs, (FIWE).
Pradeep has also produced a documentary on ecofeminism titled “Daughters of Piplantri”.
